POSITION SUMMARY:
The Business Development Representative works directly under the supervision of the Vice President of Business Development to drive outbound sales activities and set meetings with healthcare and veterinary decision-makers. This position is expected to uphold the mission and values established by the organization.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Makes outbound calls and marketing emails, meeting KPIs established by the company
  • Performs market research and analysis
  • Assists in feasibility studies/business plans for new business development
  • Maintains accurate and up to date records in the company CRM and other databases utilized by the company
  • Strong social media presence and virtual selling skills, including, email marketing campaigns, LinkedIn, among others
  • Protects ScribeAmerica’s value by keeping information confidential
  • Anticipates Client and Department needs and goals
  • Attend conferences and client meetings based on the needs of the company

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Required Education and Experience
  • Outbound sales experience. Computer skills such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Suite.
  • Display exemplary work ethic and professionalism
  • CRM experience
  • Ability to establish and maintain productive partnerships and meet KPI’s
  • Display collaboration skills, organizational skills, communication proficiencies, technical capacity, and initiative
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Previous Healthcare sales experience preferred
  • 2-5 years of experience
