Handshake’s Early Talent Awards are awarded annually to recognize employers for best-in-class talent engagement and celebrate the top places for Gen Z careers. This is the third year of the program, which is extremely competitive, recognizing a select group of winners in each industry. This year, the awards program recognizes 180 winners (out of the over 750,000 employers on Handshake) across 16 industries.
