About the Role
We are seeking an Associate Director, Talent Acquisition to lead high-volume hiring initiatives while serving as a strategic partner to operations and senior leadership. This role manages a team of Talent Acquisition Partners focused on driving applicant flow for critical frontline roles, while also owning corporate and early-career recruiting efforts. The Associate Director will work closely with the VP of Talent Acquisition to execute hiring strategy, support workforce growth, and ensure recruiting programs scale effectively across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- TA Team Leadership & High-Volume Hiring
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 6 Talent Acquisition Partners responsible for generating applicant flow and filling high-volume roles.
- Set performance expectations and drive accountability around sourcing activity, pipeline health, and hiring outcomes.
- Partner with the team to implement grassroots sourcing strategies that increase qualified applications.
- Monitor recruiting metrics and adjust strategy to meet volume hiring demands.
- Operations Partnership
- Serve as a primary Talent Acquisition partner to Operations leaders, aligning hiring strategy with workforce needs.
- Participate in regular meetings with Ops stakeholders to review staffing gaps, hiring progress, and upcoming demand.
- Translate operational needs into actionable recruiting plans for the TA team.
- Corporate & Early Career Recruiting
- Own corporate recruiting efforts, supporting professional and leadership hiring needs.
- Build and maintain partnerships with colleges, universities, and early-career programs to support entry-level and pipeline hiring.
- Help make sure we have representatives from the organization at campus events, career fairs, and recruiting initiatives.
- Develop strategies to attract early-career talent and strengthen employer brand awareness.
Leadership & Strategy Support
- Partner closely with the VP of Talent Acquisition to support hiring initiatives, process improvements, and strategic priorities.
- Provide insights, updates, and recommendations based on recruiting performance and market trends.
- Support implementation of new TA programs, tools, and initiatives as needed.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a strong focus on high-volume hiring.
- 2+ years of experience leading or managing recruiting teams.
- Proven ability to partner with Operations leaders and influence hiring decisions.
- Experience with corporate recruiting and early-career / campus hiring.
- Strong understanding of grassroots sourcing and applicant generation strategies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare, staffing, or multi-site environments.
- Experience working closely with VP-level leadership.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using recruiting metrics to drive results.
