About the Role
As Project Manager, you will own the end-to-end implementation of our services following the sales close. Serving as the primary bridge between Business Development, internal execution teams, and our clients, you will lead project kickoff, manage scope and contracts, allocate resources, and ensure high-quality delivery through completion.

What You’ll Do

  • Client Onboarding & Relationship Management: Seamlessly transition client relationships from the Business Development team. Lead kickoff meetings with key client and internal stakeholders to establish clear communication channels and project goals and road-map credentialing and onboarding procedures.
  • Scope & Contract Management: Finalize project scope, deliverables, and timelines after kick off call. Draft, update, and manage change orders or contract adjustments whenever requirements evolve. Send regular client updates and lead regular client calls to ensure continued communication throughout implementation.
  • Resource & Team Allocation: Determine project staffing and ambassador needs. Assign the internal team members and trainers to ensure project success, and oversee targeted hiring and credentialing/onboarding when specialized talent is needed. 
  • Project Execution & Governance: Direct all phases of the implementation lifecycle, monitoring milestones, deliverables, and budgets to ensure on-time, high-quality completion.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the single point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders throughout implementation, delivering regular status updates and proactively resolving risks or escalations.
  • Field Team Management: Manage project field teams as assigned including, but not limited to, Lead Special Operations Ambassador(s), Special Operations Ambassadors, and entry level staff members hired to fill the needs of the project. Provide coaching, development, and progressive discipline (including separation) as needed.

What You’ll Need

  • A college degree or 3 years equivalent experience is preferred.
  • 3–5+ years of experience in project management, client implementation, or professional services delivery, background in healthcare preferred.
  • PMP, CAPM, or Scrum certification preferred. 
  • Strong client-facing communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in resource planning, team allocation, and vendor/contract management.
  • Ability to balance strategic scope management with hands-on, day-to-day execution.
  • Experience with Hubspot or other CRM preferred.
  • Compliance with all facility, department, and company policies and procedures required.
  • Must be located in the U.S., eastern or central U.S. time zone preferred. Must have the ability to work with clients residing in all U.S. time zones. 
  • Ability to regularly travel to project locations.

    • Compensation range: Our base compensation range for this position is $60,000 - $70,000, with quarterly bonuses, depending on qualifications, experience, and geographic location
