About the Role

The Hiring Ambassador, Talent Acquisition (HA) is responsible for interviewing and hiring Medical Scribes and Clinical Assistants within the assigned region to support onsite and virtual providers. This role focuses on identifying motivated, professional, and dependable candidates, particularly aspiring healthcare professionals that are seeking clinical experience, and ensuring positions are filled in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will be people-focused, driven, organized, and thrive in a high volume recruiting environment. 

What You’ll Do

  • Review video assessments for Medical Scribes and Clinical Assistant candidates within the assigned region. 
  • Conduct one-on-one interviews with candidates for critical markets within the assigned region. 
  • Conduct offer calls with selected candidates and clearly communicate role details, expectations, and next steps. 
  • Extend formal offers through the ATS. 
  • Ensure accurate documentation of all hiring decisions and offer activity within the ATS. 
  • Make hiring decisions aligned with organizational standards and staffing needs. 
  • Maintain communication with candidates through the hiring process. 
  • Assist in providing timely responses and resolution to candidate experience concerns or issues. 
  • Ensure open positions are filled efficiently to meet all staffing demands. 
  • Review the staffing algorithm daily to monitor and validate staffing needs within the assigned region. 
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the staffing algorithm and workforce planning dashboards and tools to support accurate hiring decisions. 
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners regarding candidate pipelines, recruiting needs, and market trends impacting staffing efforts. 
  • Partner with operational leadership regarding staffing updates and hiring priorities.
  • Review required credentialing requirements to ensure candidates meet eligibility standards prior to hire. 
  • Review upcoming training schedules to ensure candidates are aligned with appropriate onboarding expectations. 
  • Represent the organization professionally and positively throughout the candidate experience. 
  • Support regional hiring goals and staffing timelines. 
  • Assist with any additional projects for the TA Department as needed

What You’ll Need

  • Minimum of 1 year recruiting experience, including but not limited to: application generation, job posting, oversight of a territory, sourcing candidates, etc.
  • High school diploma or the equivalent
  • Passion for supporting aspiring healthcare professionals.
  • Strong judgement and decision-making skills. 
  • Professional and approachable demeanor. 
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized. 
  • Ability to build rapport quickly with candidates. 
  • Self-motivated and team-oriented. 
  • Growth-minded individual with a desire to continuously learn and develop professionally.

What You Will Bring

  • Previous experience in interviewing, talent acquisition, university recruitment, student engagement, healthcare recruiting, or customer service preferred. 
  • Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to assess candidate potential and professionalism. 
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills. 
  • Ability to manage high volume application flow. 
  • Ability to manage multiple openings and hiring timelines simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret staffing data and workforce needs. 
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with virtual interview platforms and ATS systems preferred. 

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time remote position with days Monday through Friday and working hours of 8:00AM - 5:00PM local time. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required, as needed.

Compensation range

Our compensation for this position is between $17.50 - $22.00 hourly; depending on experience, qualifications and location
