Healthcare Business Development & Sales | Workforce Services & Consultancy |Care Team Design and Workflow Efficiency

Significant white space sales opportunity.  Ability to develop strategic relationships with Healthcare Systems, Hospitals and Medical Groups. Customize solutions to help address provider shortages, patient access and financial performance.

HealthChannels focuses on a consultative approach to help clients solve growing provider shortages and patient access limitations with solutions that can enhance financial performance.  Our suite of solutions include an allied health workforce, a digital healthcare education platform and an ambient AI solution that powers workforce enablement.  The current stack of brands under HealthChannels include Enabli Health, ScribeAmerica, Speke AI, and HealthCareU.

We are seeking a high-caliber Business Development professional with the experience and skills to build strategic partnerships with health systems and medical groups. This individual needs to be well versed in healthcare services with an understanding of the regional provider landscape.  The person needs to have a scrappy, start up sales mentality and be willing to roll up their sleeves while navigating complex deals across the spectrum of various provider groups.  The growing market need for workforce solutions, coupled with ample white space for growth, positions this opportunity with significant uncapped earning potential. 

The Mission

  • Deep Engagement in Local Markets: Build relationships with health systems and medical groups as an expert in Care Team optimization and workflow efficiency.  Use your expertise to build customized solution sets and offer consultative services.
  • Architect Thoughtful Solutions: Consultative approach is core to our sales philosophy. 
  • Brand Ambassador: Articulate company’s unique position in the market. Use LinkedIn and other networks to build brand awareness of HealthChannels.

What a Top-Tier Candidate Brings

  • The Track Record: 5–10+ years healthcare sales with a preference for experience in the services sector.  Deal sizes of $100,000+ and achievement of $1mm+ annual quotas
  • The Network: Preexisting network and relationships with C-Suite and VP decision makers within health systems, hospitals and medical groups.
  • Ability to Close Deals: Ability to navigate months-long sales cycles, potentially involving multiple stakeholders (CMO, CIO, CFO, and Procurement).
  • Relentless Drive, Creativity and Problem Solving: Professional who is ambitious, self driven and  creatively solves challenges throughout the deal cycle.

Compensation & Perks

  • Total Target Earnings: $200,000+ 
  • Travel: Up to 25% 
    • Ideal candidate must live within 1 hour of a major metro area (Example: Las Vegas, Henderson, Reno, etc).
  • Full Benefits: W2 employment with Health, Dental, Vision, 401k, and PTO.
