About the Role
The Education Programs Specialist is a versatile role responsible for the daily execution and support of our educational programs. This individual plays a vital part in ensuring our training content is up-to-date and accessible and that our learners have a seamless experience. This role requires a dynamic professional  who can wear multiple hats, is a proactive problem-solver with a passion for creating engaging and effective learning experiences for our clients and stakeholders. This strategic role ensures that all learners are equipped with the medical knowledge, documentation skills, clinical and administrative skills, leadership skills, and compliance training necessary to support our programs effectively. 

What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to design, develop, and update educational content, including training materials, presentations, and program curriculum.
  • Assist in the day-to-day planning and  delivery of multiple training programs simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time.
  • Serve as the point of contact  for stakeholders, providing clear communication on program progress, needs, and feedback.
  • Collect and compile data for  program evaluations, including learner feedback and performance metrics and assist in preparing reports for leadership. 
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for various audiences, to ensure successful program delivery.
  • Assist in developing  scalable training solutions for in-person, remote, and hybrid learning environments
  • Monitor  all training programs to ensure they align with various service line best practices, HIPAA regulations, and provider and client expectations
  • Assist in monitoring the Learning Management Systems (LMS) and all training technologies and applications
  • Ensure programs are inclusive, accessible, and tailored to diverse audiences
  • Monitor and assist in analyzing training data and feedback to continuously improve content, delivery methods, and outcomes to ensure program effectiveness
  • Stay current with healthcare industry trends and update training content accordingly to continuously improve the education programs
  • Perform administrative functions as needed

What You’ll Need

  • This position requires a college level degree or higher.
  • Some experience in Education with leadership experience preferred
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong knowledge of curriculum design, instructional strategies, and assessment practices.
  • Display exemplary work ethic, and professionalism
  • A strong passion for education and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
  • Flexible and adaptable while being able to drive organizational change is essential
  • Demonstrate a strong innovation and problem solving skills where limited or no standardization exists
  • Action orientated, gets things done and makes decisions
  • Demonstrate ability to collaborate, communicate, and interface effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Proficiency in modern learning technologies, including Learning Management Systems (LMS) and virtual collaboration tools.
  • Possess strong verbal and written communications skills
  • Possess strong presentation and teaching skills
  • Possess strong computer and technology skills – technologically savvy. Ability to work with a virtual education platform and adapt to the challenges and continuous changes of technology
  • Able to establish priorities and to plan, coordinate, implement, and review their own work plan and those under his/her supervision.
