About the Role
The Marketing Automation Specialist is responsible for the strategic configuration and tactical execution of the company’s marketing automation platform (HubSpot). This role focuses on campaign execution, lead generation and nurturing, workflow optimization, and CRM data integrity to drive demand generation and support the organization’s growth strategy. This role will serve as the internal technical expert for automation, ensuring that all digital campaigns are tracked, measured, and optimized for maximum conversion
What You’ll Do
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the HubSpot marketing automation platform, including workflow creation, lead scoring, and list segmentation.
- Design and implement end-to-end lead nurturing programs, automated drip campaigns, and trigger-based communications.
- Partner with the Sales Development Representatives to coordinate marketing campaigns with SDR outbound campaigns to maximize impact and prospect touchpoints.
- Create and manage high-converting landing pages and lead capture forms that align with broader marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and maintain data hygiene within the marketing database, including segmenting audiences based on behavior and ICP (Ideal Customer Profile).
- Execute A/B testing on email subject lines, content, and CTA layouts to continually improve engagement metrics.
- Develop and maintain dashboards to report on campaign performance, ROI, and lead-to-opportunity conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the Content Marketing team to distribute white papers, blogs, and case studies through automated channels.
- Ensure all marketing tactics are captured and tracked in Hubspot to evaluate the effectiveness of each channel and report on the respective ROI.
- Stay current with marketing automation trends and provide recommendations for tech stack improvements.
What You’ll Need
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing with a heavy focus on marketing automation.
- HubSpot Certification is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience building complex automation workflows and creating omnichannel marketing campaigns inside Hubspot.
- Experience working in a growth-minded environment where marketing success is measured by revenue generated.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent attention to detail and project management skills.
- Experience in the healthcare or health-tech industry is a plus.

- Compensation range: Our base compensation for this position is between $70,000 - $80,000 and bonus/commission eligible, depending on qualifications, experience, and geographic location
