POSITION SUMMARY:

 

The Talent Acquisition Advisor (TAA) will be responsible for directly overseeing, coordinating, and managing the recruiting efforts for their region and/or business area; as well as monitoring their region’s hiring activities and/or trends. In addition, they will utilize KPIs to guide solutions for helping to staff sites and projects. Using their recruiting experience, the TAA will evaluate and assess a region’s hiring infrastructure in order to implement new procedures for recruiting and hiring new employees working in close conjunction with their operations peers. 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop action plans in order to build and sustain a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates 

  • Assist with the development and execution of seasonal recruiting strategies/plans for all assigned markets 

  • Build out and maintain market deep dives and market analysis 

  • Communicate market concerns and deficiencies in application flow and/or candidate quality concerns to management and other respective hiring personnel

  • Develop, manage, and oversee KPIs for the region to meet current and future business needs

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by managing candidate communication for assigned markets, including but not limited to: email, text, and phone correspondence

  • Act as the first level of contact for questions regarding the application and recruitment process

  • Conduct research on regional scribe retention, applicant demographics, and recruiting tactics 

  • Manage relationships with university key contacts 

  • Develop and communicate regularly with recruiting and hiring teams to ensure SOP’s/SLA’s are being met and key contributors are meeting set goals in a timely manner

  • Oversee recruitment event registration and marketing material inventory

  • Ensure proper training and compliance with new regional hiring procedures 

  • Review and analyze regional termination reports with local management

  • Summarize and present regional recruiting and hiring challenges with strategized solutions to implement in appropriate territory or company channel

  • At the direction of their direct manager, actively participates in the development of operational strategies and company-wide best practices

  • Manage client groups effectively using strong written and verbal communication

  • Must have exceptional organizational skills

  • Must be comfortable with google documents and spreadsheets

  • Assist with any additional projects for the TA Department as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required Education and Experience

  • Minimum of 1 year recruiting experience, including but not limited to: application generation, job posting, oversight of a territory, sourcing candidates, etc.

  • High school diploma or the equivalent

  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs

  • Demonstrate compliance with all facility, department, company policies and procedures

  • High level of independent judgment and decision making

  • Exhibit leadership capabilities that meet the professional standards of ScribeAmerica and the local client/facility

  • Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization

  • Excellent presentation, organizational and teaching skills

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying attention to detail

  • Demonstrate strong innovation and problem-solving skills

  • Strong computer skills and be adept in Google Suite products

  • Display exemplary work ethic and professionalism, and demonstrate adequate maturity, patience, and a caring attitude

  • Results driven and team oriented 

  • Must be able to perform all of the essential duties of the job with or without reasonable accommodation
